AtoZ Challenge 'K':Keeping Your Balance
I know of no harder assignment than keeping your life in balance. The thing it can best be equated to would be those circus performers who spin plates. As long as the plates are spinning, the performance is a success. Let one fall & you'll be met with a chorus of boos. All our life's plates- home, work, self- need to spin in a harmonious way. Not so easy. Most of my plates feel like they're spinning counter-clockwise. When we mis-step, we often hear the boos. The key to the balance is picking up the pieces of the shattered plate, putting a duplicate in its place & continuing to spin them. Don't let one dropped plate ruin your balance.

ReplyDeleteHi lady! I am a new follower from link'n blogs, but I also am doing the A to Z blogging challenge. These post totally hit home for me as I feel like I've got so much going on in my life and have to remember that one little setback isn't the end of the world.

What a thoughtful post. Yes, I can relate to striving for that balance and having that vague sense of never quite finishing everything, but oh well, each day is a new beginning...
