Weight Loss- Week 2

The week went pretty well. I maintained the 'no eating after dinner' rule. I missed Thursday's exercise and was pretty mad at myself for it. But I did make up for it. So, all in all, did okay.
Weighing in I'm down another 3lbs. Again, not huge numbers, but numbers none the less. At least I didn't gain!
