Packaways Review

Back to school brings with it endless items that need homes. Whether you are packing for a dorm room, off-campus living, or putting away homeschooling materials for a younger child, there is something that needs to be out of sight.
Packaways has brightly colored boxes perfect for any of these tasks. We received (1) 12 gallon & (1) 21 gallon tote: one pink & one green.
What I loved right off the bat, were the folding corners. No unsightly duct tape. No adhesives. Just fold the corner and bam! They also have a panel on the side (visible in the pic above) to write with China Dry Erase Markers. No more cross off items or 50 different markings. Wipe & rewrite.
I used the smaller-12 gallon- box to store our art materials for this year. There was more than enough room for different things to fit in without anything getting bent, creased or destroyed. I had tried this last year with a wicker basket & everything had a crease.
The bigger-21 gallon- box is going to be used for winter wear. Gloves, scarves, etc. will all go in. I am confident it will fit perfectly.
It's hard to remember year to year what box which things are stored in. This is especially true with decorations. But with the vibrant color choices that you're given, you could get several in blue for summer, pinks for spring, etc. It'd make it a whole lot easier to find things amid a sea of brown cardboard boxes. Or you could assign a color to each child. I think that's the way we'd go with it.
Packaways Reusable Multi-Purpose  Storage Boxes also store flat when not being used. That's less waste, especially if you're trying to live greener. The can be used over & over again- a form of recycling.
However you decide to incorporate them into your storage wars, they will come in handy, liven up your space, and make searching a lot easier.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
